TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Bookings - Bookings are available in blocks of weeks; a week can commence on any day.
- Confirming bookings - Bookings can be made via the Booking Form on this website, by email, by correspondence, or by telephone.
- Deposit - A non refundable deposit of £100 for each week booked will be required within 14 days of a booking being made to confirm the booking./li>
- Payment of balance - Payment of the balance is due 10 weeks prior to the commencement date.
- Smoking - This is a no smoking home; no smoking allowed inside the villa.
- Pets - Sorry, no pets allowed.
Two hundred pounds refundable security deposit.
Pool heating can be arranged at a cost of one hundred & twenty pounds per week.
