Calabay Parc is one of the newest communities located just off on Highway 27 between Interstate 4 and Highway 192 about 15 minutes drive from Disney. Universal studios and International Drive is only a 20 minutes drive away. It has become one of the most popular communities with English people because of the quality of the properties and site maintenance. We visited the Davenport area for the first time in 2003 and ended up falling in love with Calabay Parc and purchasing our home.
We have a US management company TVH who are excellent and available 24 hours who live and work in the local area.
A very special feature of our home is the positioning of the house. The rear of the house backs out on to a preservation area where at night we have been lucky enough to watch the wild deer roam up to the rear of the house. The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 26 foot swimming pool. (heated if required) The kitchen is fully fitted with the large US equipment, fridge/freezer. microwave, cooker and dishwasher. The utility room has washing machine and dryer. There is cable TV fitted to all bedrooms and upgraded cable in the lounge, there is also a DVD player in the lounge. The house is air conditioned throughout. We also have internet access. .
